5 out of 5 stars My entire family loves this book !   September 30, 2008

In just 3 weeks I have lost 17 lbs and my husband has lost 15 lbs! So far we haven't tried a recipe we haven't loved. The chicken quesadillas are my favorite and the turkey meatloaf runs a very close second! Most everything has been quick to fix - so it fits into our busy schedules. Give it a try .. you won't be disappointed !

5 out of 5 stars Great low point recipes!   September 25, 2008

Whenever I am running low on ideas for what to cook, I open up my Hungry Girl book to find an easy recipe that is good for you. A majority of the recipes that I have made are really good and everyone around me would never know that they are good for you.

5 out of 5 stars Easy and very helpful!   September 23, 2008

This book is a lifesaver for people who are busy but still want a good, healthy, easy to make meal or snack. I love this book because the recipes are mostly for one person. This works out a lot better for me than following recipes in traditional cookbooks, which tend to make the recipes for 4 or more people. ( I know I can portion it out and save it for later, but this doesn't always work out for me.)

I'm a Weight Watchers member as well, and the Hungry Girl website lists the Points values for every recipe in the book. The Points are not listed inside the book, which I was a little disappointed over, so I just penciled them in lightly by each recipe. It's sort of a hassle, but worth it.

I don't consider myself a chef or anything, but these recipes are sooo easy! I highly recommend this book.

I was getting Hungry girl recipes online and now have them all at my fingertips in my kitchen. It's very helpful since I'm following the WW program. Very good book.
