Mediocre performer. August 31, 2008 Bought it for my daugther's iphone. She is not thrilled, but it does the job. Price is good, and Amazon's shipping was excellent.
Even slightly noisy environment can be a problem for this bluetooh headphone.
Plantronics Explorer 330 Bluetooth Headset August 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my wife along with my Plantronics 520, although mine isn't pink. She absolutely loves it and the sound quality is awesome, crisp and clear. The only drawback is when I have my headset on, I usually have to turn the volume down a couple of notches. The overal background noise is not bad at all. It does a great job of filtering it out or dampening it. If she is on the computer playing games or in the car with he radio on, she has to turn the volume down or off, but that is to be expected. It fits great in the ear and does try to fall off when I look down or bend over. And it doesn't 'bounce around' when I am walking like other brands do. I don't have discomfort wearing it and it doesn't get in the way of my glasses. I forget I have it on. You can always count on Plantronics for quality and comfort.
Plantronics Explorer Bluetooth Headset August 4, 2008 This is a great bluetooth and I love the color. I had one before and lost it, replaced it with this color. The only problem I have with them is it takes awhile to get used to it being in the ear. My husband has one and he loves the way it fits. Holds a charge really well, you can hear the other party clearly and they hear you quite well. No static - Excellent product.
Okay for the price. July 16, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is a pretty piece of equipment and worked great in a stationary setting (i.e. in the house or in the office) but had horrible static during movement (i.e. in the car or walking outside at the park or even in my driveway). The new law passed in California where drivers MUST use an ear piece so it really doesn't do me any good to have a great ear piece in a stationary setting when I need it most while driving. I gave it to a friend in the hopes that it wouldn't be staticy in the places she travels to/from. She has yet to try it out but if not it's going to have to go up on ebay bec I ended up buying the Plantronics Discovery 925 in Cerise Pink (my original choice but at the time the pink was not yet available). I've had absolutely no problems with that unit and it was costly but worth it. As they say- you get what you pay for!
Works pretty well June 30, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I just got mine yesterday. Everyone told me that they heard me really well and clear and that they didn't even notice I was using a headset. But on my end it does get static now and then. It says you can be 33 feet away from your phone but even when you're about 4 feet away you can hear it getting fuzzy. It fits very easily and it doesn't move a lot because it fits snug in your ear. I didn't receive the car charger. It only takes 2 hours to fully charge so if you charge it every night it shouldn't be a problem when you take it out. Overall, I think it's worth the price and it's really easy to use.
