Cool game, difficult and fast pased April 25, 2008 cool game, but would be easier with a keyboard controller, due to the fast typing required to answer the questions.
Not Terrible, But not great, good, or even fair March 28, 2008 Family Feud is overall a good game, but as many people have said before, there are quite a few glitches: the host repeats thing to much(not so much a glitch), occasional recurring in-game freezing, in order to think about your answer you have to pause the game just to get enough time otherwise you'll run out of the 8 seconds they give you. graphics are pretty cheap, and like everybody elese said it could have been better, however good things include a family creator/editor tool that flat out ripped off "The Sims" series although this is still fun to use, and multiplayer is also pretty fun to play with a friend or family member.
However, no matter how good or hyped up something is (even if it achieves that hype) what goes most come Roamn-Empire-Down. What i'm saying is this game gets boring after a few plays and I don't mean boring for the rest of the day and then the next day you wake up and say "LET"S PLAY SO AND SO I CAN'T WAIT!" I mean boring as in you will want to play it once every other month (if that). I got mine back in October 2007 and I touched it maybe but 6 times. and haven't played it now since early-January? i believe.
OVERALL:it's not a terrible game, but there are MUCH BETTER games out there, and I would reccommend that any fan of Family Feud, or Video game simulation-style games BUY THIS, however get it "used & new" for cheap price because getting it for the full price will make you rethink your motives on that day. Not Terrible, But not great, good, or even fair
Do not buy! December 28, 2007 If you like Family Feud, do not ruin any good memories you have of the game show by playing this game. I have only played this about 4 times so far, but I am already fed up with it. Here's my list of what I hate about it so far: Nit-picking answers. I answered "bike" for a way to get to school, but it X'd me and the answer ended up being "bicycle." Ridiculously hard computer opponents on the "average" setting. I'm not dumb, but I felt that way after losing three times in a row. Fast money round does not give enough time to type in the answers. This is very frustrating. It wouldn't be a problem if I had a keyboard attached to my PS2, but I don't. Overall slow gameplay (except for not having enough time to answer the questions). Completely bogus surveys - even Americans wouldn't answer surveys this idiotically. Conclusion: Absolutely no fun. Completely frustrating.
too slow April 5, 2007 gameplay is too slow especially if you have other people playing with you..and some of the answers seem to just be rediculous
Classic Game February 8, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Everything you would expect from Family Feud is in this game. You even have opportunites to "unlock" other stages, meaning: the game has changed over the years... the stage itself and the host. You can go back to the 1970 stage and host... kinda cool...
One bad thing is that if you don't spell out the answer correctly you will get it wrong. I kind of expected that though, thats how these games usually work.
