4 out of 5 stars Great Show!   December 1, 2008
This was a great show and a great Blu-ray release. Its NOT 1080P, its in 720/1080I only. With saying that its still an awesome Blu-ray release.
As of the audio, it doesn't get any better than this. I don't think I ever heard a 5.1 surround mix so profound and clear at the same time, incredibly well balanced instrument-wise, a treat, simply.Extras are as wonderful as you'd expect it to be, a lot of lovely features, including bonus tracks from the Royal Albert Hall shows (which is from which the release takes its material).
My final words on this are, definately, buy it. It's worth it.

5 out of 5 stars best of the ones I own...   October 7, 2008
Even if you are not a particularly big fan of Pink Floyd there's a lot here to entertain. If you are fan, put this one in your shopping cart post haste. The sound is off the charts, the picture is fantastic and the performance is great. David Gilmour is as good as he ever was, perhaps even better. His voice has held up over the years and his very recognizable guitar style continues to raise goosebumps. Something I happened to notice about this particular concert is you never see cameraman, but there are shots being taken from every conceivable angle. Hats off to the producer. I have a lot of concert dvds and this one is the best.

5 out of 5 stars Thank you God for Richard Wright....and Pink Floyd!   October 5, 2008
I received "Remember That Night" yesterday and sat and watched the entire concert tonight...a great addition to my Pink Floyd collection.

The clarity in the music and HD filming is extraordinary. The musicians that put the whole thing together make it an all time great. It will become the #1 concert on HD DVD of all time without a doubt.

This final recorded performance that Richard Wright performed in makes it an honor to own.

God Bless you Mr. Wright and your family. Your music and peaceful demeanor will be remembered by all Pink Floyd fans forever.

5 out of 5 stars Incredible   October 3, 2008
I just recently purchased this video on Blu-Ray, and I have to say, it is fantastic. I didn't actually expect the video quality to be that great, considering the fact that you need some pretty nice cameras to capture a very high definition picture. I was partially right, and I think it has a great deal to do with the lighting. Certain cameras at certain times with the right lighting look wonderful, where as other views of the concert look somewhat grainy. The picture quality is still great, and the lighting effects are mind blowing. With that said, I will now mention what I believe to be the most amazing part about this video, the audio. I can't speak for the DVD version, but the Blu Ray version has crystal clear audio. It literally sounds as if you are sitting in the audience, or maybe even better. Great picture and amazing audio would be worthless if the music itself wasn't also great, and it is. Some tracks worth noting: "Echoes" "Shine on you Crazy Diamond" "Comfortably Numb" "High Hopes" and "Coming Back to Life". If you are a Pink Floyd fan, I cannot see how you could be disappointed with any of these songs. Seeing Rick Wright do his thing on the keyboards, with such delicate perfection, smiling the entire time, makes this video worth purchasing alone. I cannot recommend this video more, if you are considering buying it, I suggest to stop thinking, and buy it now. If you have a high def output and surround sound, you are in for an unbelievable treat.
