 Who would have thought you could loose weight like this!?!? November 13, 2008
I got this DVD today and thought i'd just pop it in the dvd player and check it out like i do my other dvd's that i buy so i know what i'm getting into before i get in to it, i could not help but to jump up and move with Shaun, i even had company stop by to visit and they even jump'd up and started doing the "freak" you'll know that move if you ever did his workouts. I love this dvd...easy to keep up with because alot of his moves were from the 80's so in other words i jammed like it was 1999 and sweat was dripping off me like i was working out with Richard Simmons "Sweating to the oldies" with a gold head ban and tight white tennis shorts..LOL!
Hip Hop Abs with Shaun T November 12, 2008
I am very impressed with Hip Hop Abs. Within the first few weeks of doing the video i lost several inches and i am only doing the ab sculpt right now, which is 24 minutes long. The exercises are very easy and well worth it. I can feel and see the changes. After looking for a product to help me with my mid section for so long I finally found it. I highly recommend Hip Hop Abs.

This is a fun and great way to start exercising or maintain an exercise program.Do not be fooled by the dancing. These workouts are intense if you move and form your body to his instruction. This is perfect for people that like to have fun and do not like the same old boring routine.
