There is no software to install or setup.
Just plug it in and it will automatically find and copy all of your data. Fast, quick and easy.
Excellent Technology For Luddites October 11, 2008
I don't want to work on computers, I want them to work for me. I was intrigued by the claim that this product is simple, easy and effective.
As we used to say in Chicago, "This thing WORKS. It performs exactly as promised...plug it in to a USB port and it does the rest. At the conclusion I checked random files of various types and they all came through complete and clear.

 Not quite as easy as advertised. October 10, 2008
I had a problem getting the device to autostart and had to have technical support help to get the system started. The device will not copy files from an external drive. My external drive is the location for the majority of my backup. I have to copy from the external drive backup files to the C drive and then copy my files. After going through these steps the device worked as I expected.

It works as easy as advertised. It takes a little time the first back-up session, but after that it's quick and easy.
