The RP-SP28 is a portable mini speakers system. The RP-SP28 boasts high output power considering its size. Built-in amplifier delivers 0.8 W per speaker with 4 x UM-3 battery. Large 57 mm diameter full-range driver units with Copper Clad Aluminum Wire voice coil reproduce clear and wide range sound. Joint mechanism allows connection of two speakers into one.

These are the best portable speakers I have ever owned, I've had them for 3 years used them in freezing cold and 115+ temperatures in the desert never had a problem great sound compact, great for laptops and MP3 players. Simply the best speakers for the size and Price

These really aren't great speakers, but what do you expect from a 1-1/2 inch cone? They are very compact, inexpensive, and run unamplified or amplified off 4-AA batteries. Good for travelling with a laptop (work dandy with my Powerbook). If you want something for your desktop, look elsewhere.
