Product Description This book is dedicated to bringing you the pearls of "physical body wisdom" distilled into an easy-to-follow formula. From cover to cover, Caroline Sutherland takes readers on an "edge of the seat" journey into understanding the terrain of the physical, emotional, and spiritual components of vibrant health. Weaving her compelling story as a medical intuitive between fascinating case histories, practical "places to look" for solutions to common health problems, environmental factors, common allergens, body health profiles, menopause, children, the elderly, and medical intuitive development, this book explains how to "hone" the instincts and demystify physical body processes. If you have ever wondered why you gain weight, retain fluid, feel tired, get headaches, have joint stiffness, or lack energy and what to do about it, then this book is the portal of entry into finding out the truth in your own health equation.

The Body Knows August 4, 2008 I would recommend this for anyone desiring to improve their health. Very interesting read.

No one has "medical intuitive" abilities. These have never been proven scientifically or even anecdotally from reputable sources. This author is merely telling people what they want to hear, milking a "New Age" sensibility, and getting very rich in the process. Don't waste your time or money.
A treasure for anyone with cancer or less-than-perfect health November 30, 2005 20 out of 20 found this review helpful
My Mother is currently undergoing chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. I was frightened and anxious and unsure how to help my mother recover fully and quickly. And then God sent me an angel in the form of Caroline Sutherland and her wonderful book! Caroline explained clearly and simply what my mother should eat and drink, and what she must avoid.
I even learned a few things that would enhance my own health, and now I look and feel younger, more energetic, and more radiant as a result of incorporating Caroline's suggestions into my daily routine.
I'm happy to report that my mother is recovering very well, thanks in part to Caroline's book. The book is an easy-to-read blend of stories about Caroline's clients and practical suggestions to improve health. It's clear that Caroline Sutherland is an extraordinary woman who deeply cares. She's committed to helping people attain perfect health, and her book is something you'll want to refer to again and again.
It works! May 28, 2003 33 out of 33 found this review helpful
Nothing I tried ever worked before. I had tried every diet out there. I was tired all the time, and could not seem to lose weight no matter what I did--even working out daily didn't help much. Caroline has given me the key to solving my health issues. I am losing weight easily now and am getting more in tune with the reaction my body has to the food I eat. I can now immediately tell if I have consumed something I should not have. If you are tired, overweight, have sinus problems, mood swings, and have tried everything else, then you need this book. It has worked for me!
informative book February 11, 2003 10 out of 29 found this review helpful
I was excited to read the book. The first 3 chapters were excellent. Talking about health issues and problems that cause them I can relate to. After that, I encountered areas where I disagree. I won't read the whole book again, just the first chapters.
