Very nice August 5, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I just got three of these. The artwork is an interesting mix of styles and most of it is very good quality. As chosing the artwork for this calendar was one of the last things RJ did before passing, this is an item that any Wheel of Time fan is going to want in their collection. And all of Robert Jordan's royalties as well as some fo the proceeds from TOR goes to the Mayo clinic. By one for yourself and one or more as gifts.
A Good Cause August 1, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Folks,
If you're considering buying this calendar please keep this in mind. Tom Doherty Associates is donating a portion of the proceeds, and Robert Jordan's estate is donating 100% of the royalties, to the Mayo Clinic for research on amyloidosis. Robert Jordan personally selected the images just a few weeks before he passed away. If nothing else, you'll be donating to a good cause and you'll get a sample of Robert Jordan's taste in art!

Nice calender but at amazon they don't offer any kind of preview to the pictures. I waited for a friend to buy it first, since I am a bit picky about what I buy.
