Product Description Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy is the most loved and best selling anatomy atlas in the English language. In over 540 beautifully colored and easily understood illustrations, it teaches the complete human body with unsurpassed clarity and accuracy. This new edition features 45 revised, 290 relabeled and 17 wholly new plates, drawn fully in the tradition of Frank Netter, and includes more imaging and clinical images than ever before. Six Consulting Editors have worked together to ensure the new edition's accuracy and usefulness in the lecture theatre, classroom and dissection lab. Ninety plates from the book as well as a powerful and varied bank of ancillary material, unique to this atlas, are available online through www.netteranatomy.com.
- Includes uniquely informative drawings that allow you - and have allowed generations of students - to learn structures with confidence.
- Associates normal anatomy with an application of that knowledge in a clinical setting.
- Offers a strong selection of imaging to show you what is happening three dimensionally in the human body, the way you see it in practice.

=) October 9, 2008 Such a GREAT supplement to the Anatomy Coloring book. It's better to color the coloring book using the same color scheme as this book. Everything is big, colorful, plenty of labels, and very helpful for learning anatomy. It's now my "bible" for school.
Atlas of Human Anatomy September 15, 2008 This is a great book and I would recommend it to anyone taking an anatomy course.
Nice illustrations but.... September 13, 2008 Nice illustrations, but the organization just is not logical. It is difficult to find what you want and if you're looking for a specific muscle, don't you dare rely on the index, because it probably won't be there. The muscle attachment illustrations are not in the same sections as the muscles themselves. I would recommend Theime's Atlas of Anatomy instead of Netters if you are looking for a better organized and clearer anatomy text.
Invaluable resource for an MS1 September 6, 2008 We use Netter's atlas for anatomy lab and in our own personal studying. The atlas has excellent cut-aways and has proven to be incredibly helpful when pulling all of the information together for exams.
Netters September 2, 2008 If you're taking anatomy, you need this book...period. Very good illustrations of all the structures. I would recommend getting the hard cover since mine is falling apart slightly.
