Very friendly camera! January 9, 2009
This camera, even I still haven't learned all of its benefits and features I can say so fat that it is a very easy to use camera, it has a good zooming and a great LCD screen and playback modes for picture viewing. I recommend this product mostly for semi-professional pictures and family pictures as well.

My sister is starting to learn photography and she wanted a semi-professional camera... altough she is still learning she got great photos since the very first time she used it, great size ... eventough looks like a big heavy camera is not like that at all.. its size is just perfect and is not heavy at all. Last but not least excelent price for a semi-pro camera my sister is really happy with it. Just make sure you buy at least 4 rechargable batteries and its charger if you dont want to be spending your money in batteries, altough the last enough time if you use it a lot you will definetly need to change batteries from time to time.

The company send me this product in few days, The Camera was for a gift. The person who receved it was very happy, and find this camera not to difficult to operate...and enjoy taking pictures...very happy with the cam.

The Finepix S1000fd is an easy to use camera that has all of the features of a more expensive model. The zoom feature makes the camera very versatile under a number of conditions and the resulting pictures are very clear. I would recommend this camera to friends and family were they to be looking for a new instrument to buy.

I've had this camera for about two months and I would'nt trade it for any other. it takes great pics. I took some of water birds in flight and there was no blurring motion at all. took the pic on auto with no adjustments.
