Customer Reviews:
I expect it earlier, but it was excellent January 8, 2009 The product came the last day of the Amazon`s estimation date (I want it as a gift for the Christmas days), but the product was in excellent condition. I suggest it as a product.
Almost perfect - works well with Win, but not Mac. December 29, 2008 I like this frame. After significant online research, I selected this product because of it's high resolution and understated good looks. It was also on sale (always a plus), but I actually paid more for this unit than I needed to. Other (lower resolution) units on the market sell for less than half the price of this one. Initial use uploading images with a Windows PC was easy and without error. When using a Mac, however, my experiences changed quickly. The problems seem to be associated with copying jpeg images from a Mac to the frame directly (not to a flash memory card) with the supplied USB cable. After the Mac reports that the copy is completed, the frame still shows a warning message to wait for the copy to complete before unplugging the USB cable. After waiting several minutes more, unplugging the USB cable from the frame yields a message something like "3 of 32 images uploaded." The provided documentation is poorly written and the provided CDROM does not work with Mac either.
